Candi Dionne, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in the Human Resources field. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at MDS as an HR professional. In 2015, they joined The Brattleboro Retreat as a Benefits Manager. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Human Resource Manager at HCP Packaging USA, Inc. In 2018, Candi joined The Timken Company as a Human Resources Manager, where they worked until 2022. Currently, they are employed at NewsBank as the Sr. Director of HR Operations.

Candi Dionne, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the New England College of Business from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Mount Washington College, which they attended from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their academic achievements, Candi Dionne has also obtained several certifications, including the SHRM-CP from SHRM in January 2015, and the PHR and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2014.
