Bryan Rill

Bryan Rill, PhD is the Founder & Principal of Rill Insights, a Product Research & Design Agency. Bryan is also a Lecturer at UC San Diego and NewSchool of Architecture & Design, teaching courses in cognitive science, design research, and psychology. Previously, Bryan worked as a Senior CX Researcher at ServiceNow and held roles at Eliad Group, California Institute for Human Science, and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University School of Design. With a background in cultural anthropology and a strong focus on research and design, Bryan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their work in academia and the industry.
