Paolo Herrera

Paolo Herrera possesses extensive experience in well planning, directional drilling, and MWD with a career spanning over 19 years in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Sr Well Planner, Directional Driller, and MWD at Newsco since June 2015, Paolo specializes in performance analysis related to directional drilling and BHA behavior modeling. Prior roles include Directional Driller and Sr Well Planner at Nabors Industries, Lead Well Planner and Engineering III at Weatherford, and Well Planning and Engineering at Phoenix Technology Services, where significant contributions were made to directional drilling programs in Peru and Colombia. Early career experience at Schlumberger involved similar responsibilities, emphasizing well planning and engineering for clients in Peru. Paolo holds a degree from Universidad Alas Peruanas.
