Jaakko Ervasti

Jaakko Ervasti has a range of work experience across various companies. Jaakko started their career as a Technical Trainee at the Port of Oulu in 2011 and 2012. From there, they worked as a Palveluohjaaja ja palveluvastaava at SOL Palvelut Oy from January 2013 to August 2014. Jaakko then joined Newsec Asset Management in Finland, first as a Junior Property Manager from October 2014 to November 2015, and later as a Property Manager from December 2015 onwards. In January 2019, they took on the role of Regional Community Manager at Newsec, where they were responsible for ensuring smooth operations, developing the workplace environment, and supporting area managers. In February 2023, they became the Regional Community Manager Lead, focusing on enforcing consistent practices and ensuring a positive employee experience across 12 regional offices at Newsec.

Jaakko Ervasti attended the Oulu Vocational College from 2005 to 2008, where they pursued a degree in Electrician. Following this, they enrolled at the Oulu University of Applied Sciences in 2009, and completed their studies in Construction Management in 2012.
