Modestas Povilaitis

Modestas Povilaitis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Modestas began their career in 2010 as a member of the Executive Support Team at Perception. Modestas then moved on to become the Reception Manager at JP Morgan on behalf of Perception, where they played a key role in managing visitor flow and overseeing a team of receptionists and support staff. In 2014, they were promoted to Account Support Manager for Perception's largest client, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) City Portfolio, focusing on service excellence, innovation, and event management.

In 2015, Modestas joined Portico as an Operations Manager, where they continued to showcase their managerial skills. Modestas then joined BNP Paribas on behalf of ISS in 2018 as the Deputy Account Director, gaining valuable experience in account management. In 2020, they transitioned to SEB as the Portfolio Handling Team Manager - Lending Operations, before joining NEWSEC in Baltics as the Property Manager. In their current role, they serve as the Head of Operations for Offices and Logistic Centers, overseeing operations and bringing their expertise to the company.

Modestas Povilaitis obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation from the University of Siauliai, where they attended from 2004 to 2008.
