Mark Harriman is an experienced sales and operations leader with a strong background in driving growth and enhancing customer success. Currently serving as Senior Sales Manager for Central Mid-Market and Enterprise at Newsela since December 2019, Mark has implemented best practices and scalable processes for the west region. Prior experience includes roles as Customer Success Leader at Hobsons, focusing on creating growth teams to improve net retention, and a decade at Stanley Steemer, where Mark held various positions including General Manager, overseeing multiple branches and diverse operational responsibilities.
