Mikey Wang

Mikey Wang is the Chief Technology Officer for NewsGuard, based in New York City. He leads technology, software engineering, and product development efforts for the organization. He has over 20 years of experience leading teams for internet, e-commerce and media companies, including the NewsGuard’s co-founders’ last venture, Journalism Online/Press+/Piano.

Prior to joining NewsGuard, Wang was the VP of Engineering at Trans World Entertainment where he led a team that relaunched the e-commerce website, fye.com, and back-end systems. He has also led teams at eMusic, dELiA*s, and iVillage.
