Sara Cohen

Sara Cohen has been working in the technology field since 2008. Sara began their career as a System Engineer and Algorithm Engineer for the Israeli Air-Force (IAF). In 2014, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of PixSpell, a new technological startup, where they were responsible for company management, business and market development, fund raising technology specification and development. In 2016, they began working as a Freelancer Algorithm Developer. From 2017 to 2019, they were the CEO and Founder of ARmedics, a next generation of Telemedicine technology. Sara was also responsible for developing augmented reality powered solutions for real time remote medical guidance in operating rooms and hospitals. Currently, they are the Head of Algorithms at Newsight Imaging, where they are responsible for developing algorithms in the fields of machine learning for Spectroscopy, image processing and Time Of Flight technology.

Sara Cohen attended Tel Aviv University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
