Fredrik Tonn

Fredrik Tonn has extensive experience in the technology industry, with a focus on sales and leadership roles. Fredrik is currently serving as the Head of Cognizant Microsoft Business Group for Continental Europe, where they lead a team dedicated to expanding Microsoft operations in the region. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Cognizant Microsoft Business Group for the Nordics, overseeing the sales and pre-sales professionals in the Nordic nations. Before joining Cognizant, Fredrik was the Director of Modern Application Transformation Lead at Avanade, where they led and shaped larger application transformation deals in the Nordics. Fredrik also worked at Microsoft as a Cloud Solution Architect, driving the adoption of modern cloud technologies and advising C-level executives on cloud adoption strategies. Earlier in their career, Fredrik held roles at XLENT Business Integration AB, Flowfactory AB, Saratoga Systems AB, and Catch Marknadssystem AB, gaining experience in recruitment, solution architecture, system integration, and product development.
