Lisa Giannini

Director, Engineering Programs at New Signature

Lisa Giannini has extensive experience in project and program management. Lisa started their career in 1997 as an Extranet Manager at Concert Management Services, where they managed a large extranet site. Lisa then worked as a Senior Project Manager at Origin Technology in Business, managing the North American eCommerce site for Philips Consumer Electronics.

From 2000 to 2001, Lisa served as a Senior Project Manager at XIF Communications, where they managed projects for optimizing website design and usability. Lisa then joined Informax/Invitrogen, Inc. in 2002 as a Program Manager and QA Manager, leading various web and client/server development projects.

In 2005, Lisa became a Project Manager at Digital Management, Inc., where they performed impact analysis and developed process management tools. Lisa then moved on to Ipreo (formerly Bigdough) in 2006, serving as a Project Manager and leading the implementation and upgrade of CRM software and data warehouse solutions.

Lisa joined Environ International Corporation in 2007 as a Sr. IT Program Manager, where they managed infrastructure projects and internal software development projects. Lisa then worked at Kaplan Virtual Education as the Director of Curriculum Project and Production Management from 2009 to 2011, providing strategic direction for the development of online curriculum products.

From 2011 to 2015, Lisa worked at New Signature as a Director, providing strategic management for the Creative Services portfolio and leading cross-functional teams. Currently, Lisa is the Director of Engineering Programs at Cognizant Microsoft Business Group, where they direct programs for a global engineering organization and drives product managers and technical leaders to meet program requirements.

Lisa Giannini attended the University of Maryland from 1978 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
