Kaitlyn Drohan

Kaitlyn Drohan is an Analyst at NewSpring dedicated to the Firm's buyout strategy, NewSpring Holdings. Having joined NewSpring in 2022, she is responsible for business development, new deal sourcing, and market research.

Prior to NewSpring, Kaitlyn was in a project management role at Ascensus, where she worked with clients to establish and implement retirement plans and served as a liaison between clients, financial advisors, and third-party administrators.

Kaitlyn received a BS in Marketing and Management & Leadership from Boston College.
