Michaela McGeary

Michaela McGeary is an Analyst at NewSpring where she is responsible for all phases throughout the lifecycle of a deal with the Firm’s newest strategy focused on investing in innovative franchise and multi-unit concepts. Having joined NewSpring in 2022, she is responsible for new deal sourcing, underwriting, modeling, industry research, detailed due diligence, execution, and ongoing operational support to the portfolio companies.

Prior to NewSpring, Michaela was an Investment Banking Analyst at RBC Capital Markets where she developed financial models and pitch book materials, conducted research, and provided transactional support in the Consumer & Retail sector.

Michaela received a BS in Management from Boston College with a concentration in Finance and Accounting.
