Tarun Sangari

Tarun Sangari is an Associate at NewSpring where he is responsible for all phases throughout the lifecycle of a deal with the Firm's dedicated growth strategy. Having joined NewSpring in 2022, he is responsible for new deal sourcing, underwriting, modeling, industry research, detailed due diligence, execution, and ongoing operational support to the portfolio companies.

Prior to joining NewSpring, Tarun was an Associate at LLR Partners where he focused on minority and control investing across the Industrial Technology vertical.

Tarun began his career at RBC Capital Markets in the Technology Investment Banking group, where he was responsible for executing M&A and Capital Markets transactions for FinTech, EdTech, and Software companies.

Tarun received a BBA in Finance from Temple University.
