John O'Farrelly

John O'Farrelly has over 20 years of experience in product management and business analysis roles. John began their career in 2000 as a Business Systems Analyst in the Quality Department at eircom. In 2004, they joined Vodafone Ireland as a Business Analyst in the IT Development Office and later held the position of Operational Excellence Black Belt. In 2007, John moved to Davy as a Senior Business Analyst. After taking a career break in 2009, they joined Rational Group in 2010 as a Product Manager. In 2012, they joined Ding.com as a Product Manager and then moved to Edge by Ascential in 2016 as a Product Manager. In 2019, John joined Allianz as a Senior Product Manager and NewsWhip as a Senior Product Manager. During their career, they have been responsible for identification and prioritization of opportunities, definition of new product features, management of activities required to bring products to market, and introduction of new social networks and associated insights/metrics.

John O'Farrelly has a comprehensive education history. John holds an MSc in Management of Information Systems from Trinity College Dublin, a Diploma in Product Management from Technological University Dublin, and a BA (Hons) Business & Management Information Systems from Dublin Business School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Business Systems Design, Scrum Product Owner, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Use Case Design.
