JJ Leal is an accomplished engineering professional with significant experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at NewTech Services since December 2018, JJ has previously held similar managerial positions at Weatherford and FMC Technologies. At FMC Technologies, JJ held the title of Engineering Manager for Topside Controls and also worked as an Aftermarket Installation Engineer. Earlier career experience includes a role as Wireline Field Engineer at Baker Hughes, and engineering work at PDVSA Petroleos de Venezuela S.A. JJ Leal holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín, obtained between 1995 and 2000.
