Franky Rivero

Franky Rivero has a diverse work experience in the field of operations, solutions architecture, and project engineering. Franky started their career as the Director of Operations for NEWTOMS LLC in 2013, where they focused on digital transformation and integrating data, devices, and applications. In 2018, they joined ClickSoftware as a Solutions Architect, where they contributed to workforce management and service optimization solutions. Franky worked at ClickSoftware until July 2020. Prior to that, Franky worked at Rockwell Automation de Venezuela as a Project Engineer in 2012, where they played a role in industrial automation and sustainability.

Franky Rivero completed their undergraduate degree in Electronic Engineering with a focus on Automation at Universidad Nacional Experimental de la Fuerza Armada from 2008 to 2013. In 2015, they attended IESA and studied Introduction to Six Sigma Methodology, with a specialization in Project Management.

In 2016, Franky enrolled in a Mulesoft program and obtained a certification in Mulesoft API Development, which focused on general computer programming. Franky also earned an additional certification from CONREDSIS in Administering Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Database in the same year.

Furthermore, Franky completed a short-term program in Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 at CONREDSIS in 2013.

Aside from their educational degrees and programs, Franky has obtained several certifications. In July 2011, they attended the Congreso Ingenieria Electronica at Universidad Simon Bolivar and received a certification. In August 2016, they obtained the MCD - Integration and API Associate certification from MuleSoft. Finally, they hold certification in MCD - API Design Associate (RAML 0.8) from MuleSoft, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification is not provided.
