Alex Chmelev

Alex Chmelev has a diverse work experience in design and presentations. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Graphic and Layout Designer at International Publishing Group Ltd for 7 years. In 2011, they held the role of Bilingual Artworker (temp) at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for a short period. Later in the same year, they joined Artemis Investment Management as a DTP Designer until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, Alex worked as a Presentations Manager at Jupiter Asset Management Limited. Currently, since 2016, they hold the position of Head of Presentations and Design Team at Newton Investment Management.

Alex Chmelev completed the Claritas Investment Management certificate from the CFA Institute in 2016. Alex earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) degree in Foreign Languages from Belgorod State University, starting in 1996 and finishing in 2001. In 1994-1995, they participated in the Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Program, although it is not specified whether they earned a degree or field of study during that time.
