Caroline Gellatly has over two decades of experience in investment performance and reporting, currently serving in a role at Newton Investment Management Group since June 2020. Prior to this, Caroline held significant positions at Henderson Global Investors as an Institutional Performance Manager and at New Star Asset Management as Head of Performance. Additional experience includes roles at ABN Amro Asset Management as Head of London Performance Analysis and Senior Performance Analyst, and at Schroders as a Fixed Income Performance Analyst. Caroline began their career as an Assistant Language Teacher in the JET Programme in Japan. Caroline earned a degree from the University of St Andrews between 1993 and 1997.
