Graham Chalmers

Graham Chalmers currently serves as the Head of Provider Management at Newton Investment Management since July 2023. Previously, from October 2016 to July 2023, Graham Chalmers worked as a Business Manager at HSBC, where responsibilities included supporting senior leadership within the Data and Analytics Office, overseeing budget planning, cost management, governance, and workforce management. Prior experience includes a role as Finance Programme Manager at Royal Bank of Scotland from April 2004 to May 2016, focusing on cost management, budgeting, and financial analysis for Corporate and Institutional Banking, successfully managing a £130 million HR budget and coordinating across multiple countries. Graham Chalmers also held the title of HR Finance and MI Manager at Royal Bank of Scotland, where achievements included developing HR MI strategies and consolidating reporting systems. Education was completed at Bay House School in Gosport from 1982 to 1987.
