Veronika Musilová

Veronika Musilová is a HR Manager at NEWTON Media, a.s. Veronika is responsible for developing HR planning strategies, creating and implementing company culture, driving recruitment projects, remuneration and benefits schemes, developing and implementing HR policies such as disciplinary procedures, performance management and equal opportunities. Veronika is also responsible for employee development programs and training. Prior to their current position, they were an Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the Global CEO of Newton Media Group. In this role, they were responsible for office management including managing all of the office people, driving procurement department, development of the company culture and supporting recruitment process. Before that, they were an Executive Assistant to the CEO / Project Manager at McCann Erickson, communication and advertising agency, Prague. And before that, they were an Executive Assistant of Corporate Head of Communication at New World Resources Plc. Veronika started their career as a Receptionist at BXR Group (Shareholder of NWR Plc).

Veronika Musilová has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Jan Amos Comenius in Prague. Veronika studied Human Resources Management from 2013 to 2016.
