Amy Ryals

Amy Ryals is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Newton-Wellesley Hospital since October 1995, Ryals previously worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Lowell General Hospital from August 1993 to October 1995, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, and leadership consultation. Ryals holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (1988-1992) and completed the Consortium for Community Healthcare Leadership Program at Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2018.
