Derek Wayne

Derek Wayne began their work experience in 2016 as a Sales Associate at University of Toronto Press, where they worked until 2019. Derek then joined Acquire as a Data Scientist in July 2019 and transitioned to the role of Software Engineer in April 2021. Derek's latest position is as a Data Engineer at Newton.co, which they started in March 2022.

Derek Wayne pursued higher education at the University of Toronto from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree (BASc) with a focus on Statistics. Additionally, in July 2021, Derek obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance.
