Raveena Kokal

Raveena Kokal's work experience begins in 2008 as an Administrative Assistant for Saudi Aramco Schools. Raveena held this position until 2013. In 2014, Raveena worked as a Media Editor for The Bull & Bear until 2017. During this time, they also worked as a Data Analyst for Mirametrix Inc. In 2015, Raveena held a Summer Internship position at Saintwoods.

In 2017, Raveena joined Sun Life as a Portfolio Analyst within the RLDP program. Raveena then transitioned to the role of a Financial Services Consultant and stayed with Sun Life until 2019.

From 2019-2020, Raveena worked at Wealthsimple as a Data and Operations Specialist before becoming an Account Manager within the W4A team.

Moving on to 2020, Raveena joined Purpose Advisor Solutions as a Product Manager until 2021. From 2021-2022, they worked at 21.co, initially as a Product Manager and later as a Senior Product Manager.

Currently, Raveena is the Director of Product at Newton.co starting in 2022.

Raveena Kokal has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Finance from McGill University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In 2016, they also attended The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology for a brief period as part of their Bachelor of Commerce program. Prior to attending university, Raveena completed their general education at Brentwood College School from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained a certification in LLQP from the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) in September 2018.
