Charlotte Bailey

Charlotte Bailey has extensive experience in the consulting field, currently serving as a Business Manager at Newton Europe since August 2017, where progression through roles from Consultant to Lead Consultant highlights strong expertise in the industry. Prior to this, Charlotte held the position of Senior Strategic Performance Manager at the Ministry of Justice UK from July 2021 to February 2022. Charlotte holds a BSc in Biology with Professional Placement from the University of Bath, completed in 2016, and has also engaged in undergraduate research at The University of Western Australia in the School of Biological Sciences between 2014 and 2015.
