Ciara Gammon

Ciara Gammon is a Senior Recruitment Coordinator at Newton Europe since May 2021, having progressed from the role of Recruitment Coordinator where responsibilities included organizing candidate interactions and managing the recruitment process for Experienced Hires and Head Office positions. Ciara has also taken on line management responsibilities for a junior team member and is responsible for creating and executing onboarding plans for new hires. Prior to Newton Europe, Ciara worked at Nationwide Building Society from November 2017 to May 2021 as a Supervisor/Call Coach, focusing on coaching and developing new starters and existing consultants. Ciara’s earlier experience includes working as a Furniture Sales Advisor and Sales Associate at House of Fraser. Ciara's educational background includes several BTEC diplomas in Acting and Performing Arts from New College Swindon, as well as completing GCSE studies at Kingsdown School.
