Felicia Tan

Felicia Tan started their career in 2018 as an Intern at TDCX before becoming a Talent Acquisition Expert, specializing in Talent acquisition for Hospitality, Trust & Safety, and Digital Marketing. In 2021, they joined Shopee's Human Resource team in Recruitment. Currently, Felicia is serving as Senior Talent Acquisition Team Lead at TDCX and has held the position of Senior Talent Management Team Lead since 2023.

Felicia Tan completed a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology from 2015 to 2018. Felicia also obtained certifications in Talent Management from LinkedIn in 2023 and Building a Talent Pipeline from New Recruits to Leadership from LinkedIn in 2021.
