Paul King

Paul King began their work experience in 2010 at Newton Europe, where they held various roles. Paul started as a Consultant and worked their way up to Principal Consultant and then Business Manager. In these roles, they led large programs and delivered operational improvements, while also playing an active role in developing intellectual property and shaping company culture. Paul then became the Head of Recruitment, where they successfully doubled the number of annual hires and decreased early career attrition. Currently, they are serving as the Operations Director, overseeing various departments and supporting their growth. Prior to joining Newton Europe, Paul had three placements as a Student Engineer at Laing O'Rourke, where they gained experience in site engineering.

Paul King attended St. Benedicts Ealing from 1999 to 2006, although they did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during this time. Paul then pursued a Masters of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Oxford from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Paul King obtained several certifications including the APM Project Management Qualification from the Association for Project Management in 2014 and the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from 100% Effective Ltd in 2013.
