Rosanne Furniss

Rosanne Furniss is a Director of Workplace Experience at Newton Europe, where responsibilities include leading large-scale change programs in Health & Social Care to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency. As a board member, Rosanne shapes organizational strategies and supports team development. Prior experience includes delivering change in various sectors such as health, aerospace, and manufacturing, along with roles in Arup's Security Consulting and Building Engineering teams. Rosanne holds an MEng in Engineering for the Life Sciences from the University of Cambridge, a Bachelor's in Business Management with Spanish from The Open University, and certification from the Association of Project Managers.
