Nicolaus Lange

Nicolaus Lange has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 1997, they served as the Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board for Kaufmannschaft zu Lübeck, where they held the position until 2016. From 2010 to 2015, Lange was the Chairman and Member of the Council for FBBC - Fehmarnbelt Business Council, focusing on lobbying and initiating projects for the creation of a new economic region. In 2012, they became the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Poland for the State of Schleswig-Holstein, fostering economic and cultural relations between Poland and the consular district. Starting in 2015, they joined the Bund der Steuerzahler Deutschland e. V., first as a Member of the Executive Board and later as a Member of the Federal Budget Committee.

From 2017 onwards, Lange began working in the expert network field, first as a Network Member for GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group), where they connected businesses to expertise. In 2019, they worked as an Expert for Guidepoint, connecting clients with subject matter experts. That same year, they served as an International Expert for Enquire. Nicolaus'swork in the expert network industry continued in 2022 when they became an Independent Advisor for insideONE.org, a global private network for advisors and professional services experts. In 2023, they joined Expertwired as an Independent Advisor, applying their market research knowledge and experience in strategy consulting and M&A. Also in 2023, they became a Business Strategy Analyst at NewtonX.

Nicolaus Lange completed their Master of Arts in International Affairs with a specialization in Political Science and Government from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) between the years 1982 and 1986.
