Yeliz Kayacan

Yeliz Kayacan has over 15 years of professional experience. From 2015 to present, they have been the Head of Operations at Nex Computer. Prior to this, from 2005 to 2015, they held two positions at Aero Precision. As Director Business Intelligence, they developed robust and intelligent business functions to increase efficiency, value and customer satisfaction including overseas network of consultants and offices. Yeliz also analyzed sales operations and continuously developed alternatives for improvement, establishing KPIs and reporting. As Director of Sales, they executed portfolios of military parts supply projects for international military forces with ultimate P&L responsibility. Yeliz also lead a team of project managers and sales associates, identifying goals and objectives for managers & associates and monitoring and evaluating their performance.

Yeliz Kayacan obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University between 1994 and 1999.
