David Decker Jr.

David Decker Jr. has held various positions in the business world since 2008. David began their career as the CEO and Co-founder of Complete Merchant Solutions (CMS). In 2012, they became a Board Member of Four Foods Group Holdings, LLC, an organization that was recognized multiple times by the Inc. 500. In 2014, they were appointed as the Entrepreneurship Founder of the Rollins Center of Entrepreneurship & Technology at Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business. In 2016, they became a Board Member of Awardco, an employee engagement platform that was also recognized multiple times by the Inc. 500. Most recently, in 2021, they took on the role of CEO at Nexio, a payment technology built for global commerce.

David Decker Jr. completed their Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Marketing Communications from Brigham Young University. Prior to that, they attended Oakton High School.
