Isaias Ventocilla Barrios

Isaias Ventocilla Barrios possesses extensive experience in project management and planning, particularly within the mining sector. Currently serving as Jefe PMO at Nexa Resources since June 2017, Isaias has previously held positions such as Supervisor de Control de Proyectos at Sociedad Minera El Brocal and Senior Project Controller at Consorcio Supervision Matarani. Isaias has demonstrated expertise in overseeing project execution through detailed work breakdown structures (WBS), cost and schedule performance analysis, and effective planning methodologies. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Project Management from Universidad ESAN and a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from Universidad Nacional del Centro del Perú.
