Roberto Vega Arevalo

Roberto Vega Arevalo is an experienced auditing professional with a strong background in internal controls and financial auditing. Currently serving as Senior Internal Auditor at Nexa Resources since September 2021, Roberto previously worked at Votorantim from September 2014 to August 2021 as Senior Analyst of Internal Control and Auditing, where involvement in technical discussions regarding SOX and SSAE16 certifications took place. Prior experience includes the role of Internal Control Analyst at Compañia Minera Milpo, focused on identifying key controls for business risk evaluations, and five years at KPMG as a Senior Financial Auditor, contributing to audits for various industries. Roberto holds a Master's degree in Auditing from Universidad del Pacífico and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.
