Tania I. Corona, MOL

Tania I. Corona, MOL has extensive work experience in Human Resources. Tania I. began their career in 1994 as a Recruiter (Onsite at Packard Bell) for Select Staffing. In 1995, they moved to ABB (Power-One, Inc) as a Human Resources. In 1998, they became a Workers Compensation Specialist for Technicolor. In 2005, they were the HR Director for El Concilio Family Services. In 2017, they were the AVP Human Resources for CBC Federal Credit Union. In 2018, they became the Human Resources Site Manager for KDC. Tania I. is currently the Human Resources Director for NEXA3D, a role they have held since 2020.

Tania I. Corona, MOL is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Behavior Studies at Liberty University. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Huntington University in 2020. Tania I. also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Huntington University in 2016. In addition, Tania has obtained three certifications: Social and Behavioral Researchers from CITI Program in 2023, Notary Public-California from the Office of California Secretary of State Alex Padilla in 2016, and Certified Immigration Consultant from the California Department of Justice Careers in 2016.
