Eduardo Høidal

Eduardo Høidal (Assoc CIPD) is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in supporting business leaders across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Nexans since August 2020, Eduardo has previously held various HR roles at TechnipFMC, including HR Business Partner and Head of Recruitment, where Eduardo was responsible for implementing HR processes and managing recruitment strategies. Prior experience includes working as a People Partner at Forsys Subsea and as an HR Advisor and Recruiter at Technip. Eduardo holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Avado, a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School, and a Bachelor in Psychology from UiT- The Arctic University of Norway.
