Karima Cherifi

Karima CHERIFI has diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Human Resources Research Officer at Groupe Caisse des Dépôts, where they focused on creating and implementing career development programs. Karima then moved on to Club Med in 2008, working as an HR Manager for a short period. In 2009, they joined Fidelity National Information Services as an HR Business Partner, managing social relations and overseeing a restructuring project. In 2012, Karima joined Papyrus as the Country Manager France and later became the Human Resources Director France, where they handled social relations and implemented restructuring plans. Karima joined Nexans in 2017 as the Human Resources Director for GCC countries, responsible for managing the HR function in Qatar. Karima then progressed to become the HR Director for Nexans France and Headquarter, overseeing the social strategy and negotiating collective agreements. Karima is currently serving as the Vice President HR and Communication for Nexans' Business Group Distribution and Usages, managing a team of 70 and responsible for the HR function.

Karima CHERIFI attended Harvard University in 2022 for a program called "Leading with finance." Prior to that, from 2005 to 2008, they studied at Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée. There, they completed their Master's degree in "Gestion des Ressources Humaines et Mobilité internationale" in 2008. Before their Master's, they earned a degree called "Master Entreprise, Ressources Humaines, Innovation, Compétences et Communication" in 2007 and a Bachelor's degree in "Économie et Gestion des entreprises Option Droit Social" in 2006.
