Lucy J.

Lucy J. is currently the Vice President of Human Resources and Internal Communications at Nexans. Prior to this role, Lucy held various leadership positions in human resources and talent development at companies such as Cognizant and Dillon Consulting Limited. With an extensive background in HR and learning and development, Lucy has also served as a board member at BI Norwegian Business School and as a university instructor at Ryerson University's G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education. Lucy holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and has completed executive education programs in global business, entrepreneurship, and Asian and Latin American business trends.
