Neville Ducie

Neville Ducie currently serves as Vice President of Health, Safety, Security, Sustainability, Environment & Risk Management at Nexans, a position held since June 2024, where responsibilities include implementing global initiatives to enhance safety protocols and mitigate environmental impacts in EPCI operations. Prior to this, Neville was Global Executive Leader of Global Quality & Operational Excellence at GE Vernova (June 2021 - June 2024), focusing on quality and operational excellence strategies that resulted in significant cost reductions. At LM Wind Power, Neville was Senior Director of Global Quality Assurance & Reliability, leading a high-performing quality organization and receiving a CEO Award. Earlier career experiences include roles at STATS ChipPAC and IBM, where Neville made notable contributions in quality management and supplier relations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Technology from the University of Limerick.
