Jennifer Ricaurte

Jennifer Ricaurte, Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, leads Nexant’s legal team. Along with a dynamic team of legal professionals, she provides strategic and legal counsel and support to Nexant’s corporate and global business teams on day-to-day operational, corporate, and commercial law matters. Since joining Nexant in 2013, Ms. Ricaurte has developed dynamic and automated contracting and procurement systems. She has played a leading role in creating and managing global anti-corruption and information privacy and security programs. Ms. Ricaurte provides guidance on employment law issues, privacy protections, and legal compliance matters. She provides legal guidance on the negotiation of agreements with utilities and vendors on major energy efficiency programs throughout the U.S. Ms. Ricaurte began her career as a claims supervisor and adjuster for Amica Mutual Insurance. She has a JD from New England Law and a BA from the University of Massachusetts.
