Stephanie Aldridge

Stephanie Aldridge is the Business Operations Manager for Nexant’s Utility Services business unit located in the Louisville, CO office. She has 25+ years of experience in the energy and environmental consulting field, with expertise in safety, facility operations, compliance and contract management. As Nexant’s safety program manager, Stephanie establishes safety policy and procedures, prepares for safety incidents and emergency response, and trains staff to work safely and remain compliant with regulatory and client specifications including ISNetworld certification. She supports the legal department by reviewing contractor safety compliance with internal and client safety standards. As Business Operations Manager, Stephanie develops standard operating procedures and helps the operations team provide efficient solutions across multiple US locations. Prior to joining Nexant, she was an Administrative Manager and Data Analyst for RTP Environmental Associates, where she performed project and general accounting and data analysis to support permitting of industrial ambient air monitoring sites.
