Bill Maggard

Bill Maggard is the Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development at NexCore Group. Bill has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare real estate industry. Prior to joining NexCore, they were a Partner at Mercatus and previously held senior positions at Hammes Company, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Duke Realty Corporation. Maggard began their career as a law clerk at Glassie, Pewett, Dudley, Beebe & Shanks.

Bill Maggard received their J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and their B.A. in English from Middlebury College.
