As Chief Research & Analytics Officer, Ed Christen is responsible for analyzing and structuring all development projects for NexCore Group, including the sourcing of debt and equity capital with both high net worth individuals and institutional capital partners. Ed has managed deals and portfolios ranging from $20 million - $600 million and brings extensive experience working in the healthcare real estate industry.

Ed has been with NexCore Group since 2008 and has more than 25 years of experience in real estate analysis, structuring acquisitions, due diligence, financing, investment and closing over $3.5 billion of real estate projects with NexCore Group.

Ed received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo, a Master's Degree from George Mason University, and is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designations.
