John Lasell

John Lasell is currently the Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development at NexCore Group. Prior to joining NexCore Group, John was with M. A. Mortenson Company from January 2005 to December 2006 as a Senior Project Manager II. Key accomplishments during this time included successfully managing the renovation of an existing 30-story office building into a mixed-use apartment and retail project.

From January 2004 to December 2005, John was with The Neenan Company as a Senior Project Manager. From 1995-2004, John worked for Bovis Lend Lease as Vice President/Principal-in-Charge.

John began their career in 1989 as a Project Manager for The Petry-Kuhne Company and remained there until 1995 when they transitioned to Bovis Lend Lease.

John Lasell's educational career consists of an MBA in Architecture & Business from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, as well as a MA in Architecture from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.

They are on a team with Matt Krummick - VP, Real Estate Management, Kristi Drebick Brown - Senior Manager, Real Estate Management, and Dania Gutierrez - Assistant Manager, Real Estate Management. Their manager is Debbie Wedderburn, EVP, Real Estate Management.
