Nathan Golik

Nathan Golik is an accomplished real estate development executive with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Managing Director at NexCore Group since February 2016, Nathan has previously held positions including Vice President of Healthcare Acquisitions at Carter Validus from December 2013 to February 2016, and Senior Vice President at KDC Real Estate Development & Investments from 2009 to September 2013, where Nathan led the national healthcare real estate development program. Nathan's career began at Archon Group, LP, a Goldman Sachs Company, as a Financial Analyst/Associate from 1998 to 2003, followed by a role as Development Manager at The Cirrus Group from March 2003 to March 2009. Nathan Golik earned a BBA in Finance from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business between 1993 and 1998 and studied at Glendale from 1989 to 1993.
