Mehul Shah

Mehul is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant, with over 30 years of experience across diverse industries. He is responsible for various corporate initiatives at Nexdigm. Mehul leverages his passion for improvement to drive a strong culture of excellence across the entire organization.

In his prior role, Mehul spearheaded Nexdigm’s process consulting and business process management practice which he helped set up in 2004. He has worked with global clients, from a wide range of industries including healthcare, business aviation, automotive, engineering, retail, food processing, and consumer finance.

In the early part of his career at Nexdigm, Mehul was involved with different responsibilities including setting up the processes and methodology for the Firm’s Assurance practice and leading the implementation of Nexdigm’s quality management system and its certification under ISO 9001:2008.

Mehul uses his keen eye for detail to drive a high process orientation across Nexdigm. He believes that understanding the root cause behind any problem is the key to drive innovative, practical solutions. As part of guiding the business, Mehul performs several roles including problem definition and solution design, people development, and initiating and mentoring projects under the center of excellence.

Mehul lives in Pune, India and is an active hiking and trekking enthusiast. He enjoys going off the digital grid occasionally to spend more time with his family.
