Pravin Kashyap

Pravin has over three decades of experience in the areas of manufacturing and operations with a strong track record of manufacturing of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, fast moving consumer goods, and the printing industry. He was instrumental in setting up medical device and pharmaceutical facilities and a TV glass shell manufacturing unit for various organizations. Having served in US MNCs like Hollister, BD, Gillette, and Corning, Pravin has extensive experience of working with professionals from different cultures and nationalities, specializing in the transfer of technologies. In his last role with Hollister as the Director – India Operations, he was responsible for strategy and execution of the business.

In his role at Nexdigm (SKP), Pravin leads the Corporate Functions of the firm which includes People, Quality, Business Solutions and IT.

Pravin holds a degree in B.E. (Hons) Mechanical Engineering degree from Jadavpur University with a PG Diploma in Business from MDI, Gurgaon. He is a certified Marshall Goldsmith Coach and trained and certified on the Solution Focused Coaching methodology of Erickson Coaching International.

He is a firm believer that having the ability to communicate openly is the core of strong work culture and emphasizes on team building. Pravin is an avid reader and enjoys reading books on management, politics, fiction, and current affairs. He practices yoga, enjoys listening to light classical music and traveling to new places.
