Bryan Trudel has a diverse range of work experience in the culinary industry. Bryan began their career as the Chef/Owner of Zahtar Mediterranean LLC from January 2010 to November 2013. Bryan then moved on to work as an Executive Chef at Eurest Dining Services from December 2013 to July 2020. Bryan joined Tuscan Brands in March 2021 as an Executive Chef before transitioning to their current role as Regional Director of Culinary Operations at NexDine Hospitality in October 2021. Additionally, they worked at Eurest Dining Services from July 2007 to November 2010 as part of the Compass Group North America.
Bryan Trudel attended the University of Rochester from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science with a focus on Biology and Geology. Bryan later attended The Culinary Institute of America from 1998 to 2000, earning an Associate of Occupational Studies (AOS) degree in Culinary Arts and Chef Training.
