Dan Lord

Dan Lord possesses extensive experience in technical support and systems engineering, spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Senior Support Engineer at Nexenta Systems since March 2012, Dan addresses customer issues and documents bugs for Engineering. Prior roles include Senior Area Systems Engineer at both Oracle and Sun Microsystems from 1998 to 2011, where support for customers and field personnel was provided, alongside installation and troubleshooting of Sun hardware and software. Earlier experience includes serving as a National Systems Engineer at Computervision, focusing on technical support escalations, and ADMS Technician in the US Army, responsible for maintaining digital message switching equipment.
