Carmen Liao began their career in 2008 as an Account Executive for Global Sources Exhibitions. In 2009, they became an Overseas Sales Executive for MagicFlavor Inv. Inc. (Shenzhen office). In 2010, they were a Merchandising Clerk for Li & Fung Limited. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Coordinator for Global Semisolutions. From 2013 to 2019, they were a Key Account Manager & Divisional Sales Manager for TLC Electronic Limited, where they managed to become an official approved assigned vendor with Spin Master and Hasbro, and developed a competent exclusive sales agent for India market in Electronica India exhibition in 2017. In 2019, they started working as an Account Executive for NexGen Digital, Inc., where they managed the accounts to develop and maximize sales growth of the electronic components (semiconductors).
Carmen Liao attended Beijing Foreign Studies University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Financial English. Carmen also attended Guangdong Baiyun College to study Business English.
