Giancarlo Carlucci

Head of Customer Care Excellence at Nexi Group

Giancarlo Carlucci has a diverse work experience in the customer care and operational management field. Giancarlo is currently serving as the Head of Customer Care Excellence at Nexi Group since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Help Line S.p.A. from July 2014 to July 2022, holding positions including Operational Direction Manager, Head of Customer Operations Support, and Responsabile pianificazione & monitoring. From June 2010 to December 2014, Giancarlo was the Head of Customer Care at C-Card S.p.A. Giancarlo also worked at Si Call S.p.A. from June 2006 to May 2010, where they held roles of Reponsabile Programmazione Operativa and Responsabile Servizi Inbound. Giancarlo began their career at CartaSi from July 2001 to May 2006 as a Team Leader.

Giancarlo Carlucci obtained a Certificazione Green Belt Lean Six Sigma from Lean in Finance in the year 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Laurea L in Giurisprudenza at Università degli Studi di Milano, specializing in Servizi giuridici per l'impresa.
